welcome back to my channel in this video ill be teaching you how to load eye type film into a polaroid 600 so this little hack is quite easy and here are the things you need the first thing is a scotch tape a quite thin one the second thing is a black slide of any polaroid 600 a cartridge of a 600 a polaroid and an eye type cartridge or cassette now as you can see here what heres what i did um ive removed the battery from a 600 cartridge and i taped it to the back of a i-type cassette now as you can see i tape it this way and this way the tricky part is is try to not leave any excess of tape because they could um get into your polaroid and might cause damage or get or make or make things stick inside so pay attention to that another tricky part is to align the two contact here to the hold because the eye type theme doesnt have any holes on it you just basically try to align as much as possible so you have to you have to measure it by eye so i basically just um yeah just like i did

The short answer is no! The I-Type instant films, such as the Polaroid Color Film for i-Type, cannot be used in the old Polaroid 600 or SX-70 cameras.
You should know which film type the camera uses No, they are not compatible with each other. Among the same brand, some films are interchangeable. For example, a Polaroid SX-70 can use both Polaroid 600 and 100 film, as long as the camera is modernized or modded.
We can fix it! All cameras we service come with a full 1-year warranty. We offer professional servicing for the following Polaroid Cameras: SX-70 Original.
If the camera does not turn on, the problem may be that the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. The cartridge holding the undeveloped film and power pack are the same unit. After replacing the cartridge, the camera should turn on.
The Polaroid OneStep Close Up camera uses Polaroid 600 film to produce 3.13-by-3.13-inch exposures.
Choosing the Right Film Type Polaroid 600 cameras are named as such because they take - you guessed it - Polaroid 600 film. This is the only film type that is compatible with your 600-style camera, so dont go docHubing for your stash of SX-70, Spectra (RIP), or i-Type film.

And it should spit out the second picture.
The important difference between 600 and i-Type film is the absence of a battery inside the film cartridge. This means that i-Type film will not work with vintage Polaroid cameras. New Polaroid cameras have a built-in rechargeable battery, so they dont need a battery to power the camera.
