who wants to fill out a survey you get that email in the mail we would like you to respond to our customer service so please fill out the survey and if you do so you will be entered into a drawing to win a trip to Tahiti to be quite frank I dont want to fill out your survey I would rather pay to go to Tahiti a survey is not customer service survey is a masquerade as good customer service it is not customer service is a phone call or a visit so I have a car which I love because its fast and I wont tell you the car it is but every time I take my car in for service I get a call not from the dealership not from the person who services the car but from some guy in Chicago I live in Denver who maybe works for the company maybe doesnt I suspect he works for a service agency thats been outsourced to get my feedback on how I feel about how my car was fixed so I get this call from some guy in Chicago and he says Ms Harley you recently took your car into the dealership repair I said yes wish
