up because well have clients who who assume the court is going to enforce a 50/50 Division and theyll provide me a division of everything like the cars and small accounts and a credit card with $100 theyll show it all being divided equally and I say is this the intent do you guys really want to have this type of settlement agreement and they say no but we assume the court is going to enforce that and theyre not
