the fixation done between the 15 to 20 minutes of session we want to go to the next step which is the staining process okay before that we have to transfer from the fixed 95 alcohol slide into this slide holder right so please make sure that your slide will not dry up completely so you have to make it as soon as fast as possible okay so next we transfer this to the first weaker which is we transfer to another all right after 40 seconds we go to the third step which is the running tap water so please make sure the tap water is one running that means that for leave it for 40 seconds all right after 45 seconds done let me do the hot that which is hematology so we leave it for around 45 seconds okay after 45 second done we go to the next step which is the running tap for 40 seconds alright it for 40 seconds okay after 40 seconds the next step is we dip it in acid alcohol so this is one of the critical parts in the cleaning which if you over dip it it

The pap stain has 3 solutions having 6 dyes. Solution 1 has Hematoxylin stain, a basic nuclear stain. Solution 2 has OG-6, an acidic cytoplasmic stain, has orange G with phosphotungstic acid (6 denotes the used concentration of phosphotungstic acid).
