The method: Wet the inside of your mug and sprinkle a layer of baking soda so that it completely covers all the stains. Leave it to fizz and then let it settle for five minutes. With a damp cloth or sponge wipe it away and give the stain a scrub. It should come away fairly easily.
THIS results from one simple compound, tannin, which is present in tea and not in coffee. Its a brown dye. The brown stains are related not just to the presence of tannin but also to the water quality in your area: purer, softer waters make fewer stains than harder, lime-infested supplies like Londons.
Rinse with Cold Water First Cold water stops stains setting in, warm or hot water can actually set the stains. After you have rinsed with cold water use a mild cleanser like Hello Wash and warm water to clean your period cup or disc.
Dab the stain with room temperature water. Make a solution of 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and 1-2 cups of water, and apply it directly to the affected area. Let it sit for up to 15 minutes. For stains with a strong odor, apply a paste of baking soda and let it sit overnight.
hydrogen peroxide, 3 tbsp baking soda, 1 tsp dish soap in a spray bottle - this solution will remove urine stains on its own, just wait until the spots are gone.
Use bicarbonate of soda, water, and vinegar. Pour one tablespoon of baking soda into your mug. Next, make a solution of half a cup of white vinegar and half a cup of hot water and pour this into your mug, ensuring all the stained areas are covered. Let this soak for approximately two hours or so, and then rinse.

If the stain is old or dried, apply the detergent, soak the clothing article in cold water for 30 minutes, and then rinse. If the tea stain remains, rub additional detergent into the tea stain with a brush or your fingers and soak in warm water for another 10 to 15 minutes.
