If youre having problems formatting your signature image, try these solutions: Delete then re-upload the signature image. Use a different upload method. Use a signature image in the recommended size.
Automatically add a signature to a message Select Settings at the top of the page. Select Mail Compose and reply. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance. Select the default signature for new messages and replies. Select Save when youre done.
Change email signature in Outlook for Windows Click Options and then choose Mail. Scroll down to the Signatures section and click the Edit button. Make your changes in the Signature Editor and then click OK. Your changes will be saved automatically.
Heres how: Open the new Outlook app. Click on the gear icon (settings) at the top right to access options. Select the Accounts tab and then choose Signatures under the Email Accounts section. Pick the signature you want to update from the dropdown. Make your changes (including formatting, colors, and font size).
Change an email signature Select File Options Mail Signatures. Select the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When youre done, select Save OK.
Manage multiple signatures Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. To change the signature name, click Edit . At the bottom, click Save Changes.
