How to fix signatory in ODOC

Hi everyone, Michael here. Today Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to create and customize a signature inside of Gmail. A signature usually includes helpful information like your name, where you work, your phone number, and could even have something like an inspirational quote at the end. Letamp;#39;s go check out how this works. To set up a signature in Gmail, go to the top right-hand corner of the UI, click the gear icon for settings, then follow up by clicking see all settings. Make sure you are in the general settings area and not in inbox or labels or anything like that. Then scroll to the near bottom until you find the signatures area. You can see here there are no signatures. We will want to click on create new. Iamp;#39;m going to create a signature for work. I will type in work, then click on create. Next, Iamp;#39;m going to write in my work signature. Here it is. I can adjust the sizing and fonts of anything written in here. Small, large, huge.

In the Gmail app, start by selecting settings and then see all settings. Scroll to signature where you can add or customize the format. Insert your image by choosing the image icon in the toolbar. After youve uploaded the photo, resize it by selecting small, medium, or large.
Some versions of Gmail dont support formatting options, like bold or italics. Formatted text in these Gmail versions can result in extra characters in your signature. To remove the extra characters, remove the formatting from your signature: Open Gmail.
Click on SETTINGS. Scroll down the page (youll be on the General tab) to the Signature section. CHECK THE BOX that says Insert this signature before quoted text in replies and remove the line that precedes it. Scroll down a little further and click Save Changes.
Gmail lets you set up different signatures for new emails and replies/forwards. You may need to adjust your settings if your signature is not showing up in replies or forwards. Go to Gmail settings, then General, and ensure that your signature is configured to appear in replies and forwards.
Signature not displaying correctly: Check if any formatting or HTML code in your signature is causing the issue. Simplify the formatting or remove any problematic code. Try using a different web browser or clearing your browser cache.
Ensure your signature is set up to appear in new emails. Go to File - Options - Mail - Signatures. Under Choose default signature, make sure the correct signature is selected for New messages.
Gmail has a character limit of 10,000 characters, which is a lot of characters, but if you have a really long signature, it may just be too long. Try shortening the signature and paste it in again or use our free extension that allows you to have an email signature with unlimited characters.
To reduce the amount of characters, turn on short links in Profile Settings. If your signature has a long legal disclaimer, use the Read More link and link to an online version of your legal disclaimer to save on characters.
