letamp;#39;s try saving this all right so this happens uh for a bunch of us where it says the signature is too long please try a shortened signature this is actually not a problem of hubspot thereamp;#39;s a problem with gmail you might have some plugins that are installed that are causing this and hereamp;#39;s the way to fix it click on inspect right here and then click on this so itamp;#39;ll take you here and you can just delete whatever is inside there and you must be able to click edit as html now you can go back to hubspot and click on copy signature code and just paste it here all right so now that we have that pc and see if yes it is updated so iamp;#39;m just gonna try clicking save for changes voila it worked so knowing html does work so

Manage multiple signatures Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes. To change the signature name, click Edit . At the bottom, click Save Changes.
Signature not displaying correctly: Check if any formatting or HTML code in your signature is causing the issue. Simplify the formatting or remove any problematic code. Try using a different web browser or clearing your browser cache.
Outlook signature not showing up in new emails Ensure your signature is set up to appear in new emails. Go to File - Options - Mail - Signatures. Under Choose default signature, make sure the correct signature is selected for New messages.
To reduce the amount of characters, turn on short links in Profile Settings. If your signature has a long legal disclaimer, use the Read More link and link to an online version of your legal disclaimer to save on characters.
Automatically add a signature to a message Select Settings at the top of the page. Select Mail Compose and reply. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance. Select the default signature for new messages and replies. Select Save when youre done.
Heres how: Open the new Outlook app. Click on the gear icon (settings) at the top right to access options. Select the Accounts tab and then choose Signatures under the Email Accounts section. Pick the signature you want to update from the dropdown. Make your changes (including formatting, colors, and font size).
Change an email signature Select File Options Mail Signatures. Select the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When youre done, select Save OK.
Change email signature in Outlook for Windows Click Options and then choose Mail. Scroll down to the Signatures section and click the Edit button. Make your changes in the Signature Editor and then click OK. Your changes will be saved automatically.
