Signature not displaying correctly: Check if any formatting or HTML code in your signature is causing the issue. Simplify the formatting or remove any problematic code. Try using a different web browser or clearing your browser cache.
When creating your email signature, be sure to host your images on a web server and link to them from your email signature, instead of embedding them into the signature itself.
Depending on how a recipients Mail server handles signatures, your signature may appear as an attachment or image to the recipient. If you use iCloud Drive on your Mac and other devices, and have Mail selected in iCloud Drive options, your signatures are automatically updated and available on those devices.
Change an email signature Select File Options Mail Signatures. Select the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When youre done, select Save OK.
The quickest way to fix this is to use a higher resolution image in your email signature, and scale the image down using the HTML height and width attributes. For example, if the resolution of your image is 360 x 360 pixels, you should use 1/3 of that resolution in the height and width attributes.
Images in your signature appearing as attachments are often caused by Microsoft Office365 or Outlook email servers. If these servers dont accept the images, they appear as attachments. One potential workaround, would be hosting or linking images so that your email server will accept the image.
