Nope! Mail merge recipients cant see each others email addresses or that the message was sent to multiple people. Thats because mail merge creates a separate email for each recipient.
Edit Recipients dialog box The list of recipients Shows all the records that will be used in your mail merge. Data Source Select Edit to change individual fields, or add records. Sort Select up to three level of fields to sort in ascending or descending order.
To edit an existing mail merge document: Select Letters Mail Merge Document Maintenance. The Mail Merge Document Search window is displayed. Type search criteria in the search fields and click Find. Select the document you want to edit. Click Edit. Click Edit. Select File Exit. Click Ok.
The recipient list will appear grayed out in the message until the list has finished refreshing at which point you will be able to change the list. You must wait for the list to complete refreshing before youre able to send the message.
Go to Mailings Edit Recipients. If Edit Recipients is grayed out, select Select Recipients and connect the document to the mailing list you want to use. Select Mailings Filter Recipients.
To add a numeric switch, perform these steps: Select the merge field whose format you want to change. Press Shift + F9 to display the coding of the selected field or Alt + F9 to expose the codes of all the fields in your document. Add a numeric switch code to the end of the field.
Go to Mailings Finish Merge Edit Individual Documents to review and update each letter individually before printing.
Create a new mail merge list On the File tab, select New and choose Blank Document. On the Mailings tab, choose Select Recipients and select Type a New List. In the New Address List dialog box type recipient information in each column as appropriate. For each new record, select Add New.
