The recipient (email address) was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying. This need not mean you are sending to an incorrect recipient address. If the mail server feels you are trying to relay through it without proper authentication, this error pops up.
The mailbox full error message simply means that the recipients mailbox is full (may have exceeded the memory size limit) and can no longer hold any messages. The recipient needs to delete old messages or move them to a different folder to make room for new messages.
