hello everyone and welcome to office mystic in this video we will correct quotation marks and apostrophes that do not share the same font as the rest of the document you probably searched for this fix because your quotation marks keep changing to Calibri the reason why this may be happening to you is because your normal template is not using the font you applied to your document Im not sure why but the quotation marks specifically will change on its own to the font in the normal template to correct this issue in your document you click on home launch the Styles pane pull down the normal menu click on modify and change the font name to Times New Roman or whichever font you are using then click OK you will see the quotation marks automatically update with the new default now this fix will only apply to the current document if you want to change the default to all future documents you will have to modify your global normal template by launching the Styles pane again then click on the th
