Check the version of your WPS Office. If your version is earlier than 16.7, the problem may result from specific system compatibility restrictions. We recommend that you upgrade WPS Office to the latest version from the app store and try again.
Click the Tool tab, then click File Repair.In the pop-up dialog box, click Repair damaged file to add the error file. You can also drag the file directly to the WPS Files Repair interface, which supports multi-format files such as doc, ppt, and xls. Next, WPS Files Repair will analyze the document.
Option 1 Open the document we want to edit in WPS Writer. Select the needed text. Right-click to select Paragraph in the popup drop-down menu. In the popup Paragraph dialog box, select Indents and Spacing and then choose alignment as Left in General. Finally, click OK.
Step 1: Locate the #ref error in your cell. Step 2: Click on the cell and select the Formula tab in the menu bar. Step 3: Click on the Error Checking button, which will be located on the left-hand side of your screen. Step 4: Once you click Error Checking, WPS Office will analyze your formula for errors.
For Windows: Step 1: Open your document and click on the File tab. Step 2: Select Options from the menu. Step 3: Navigate to the Proofing tab. Step 4: Click on the AutoCorrect Options button. Step 5: The AutoCorrect options window will appear. Step 6: Customize capitalization error fixes at the top.
If youre having trouble connecting your device to WiFi using WPS, here are some things to consider and try: Did the WPS process time out? Are both your router and your device WPS compatible? Is WPS enabled on your router? Reboot your modem and try again.
If WPS Spreadsheets is unable to open the file, try opening it in another spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice Calc. This may help you recover some of the data in the file. If the file still cannot be opened in another spreadsheet software, it means that the file is corrupted.
