You can see   the cursor blinking in that. Let's say we want  to setup specific margins. First to actually see   what the margins are set to you want to go to  the Sidebar here. Go to Document. Then in the   document area of the Sidebar you can find Document  Margins. You can see here they are set to one inch   all the way around, top, bottom, left, right. Now  if you actually want to see the margins on the   page we can. We can actually do that one of two  ways. The first way is to go to View and let's   Show Ruler. This will show the ruler here at the  top of the page. I'm going to zoom out a little   bit to 75%...

Now, simply press the Tab key to create a sub-list. Change the bullet list style as desired under Format sidebar. Repeat for every subsequent level of indentation.
Lock or unlock objects Tap an object to select it or select multiple objects. , tap Arrange, then tap Lock. If you dont see Lock, the object is set to Move with Text. Turn off Move with Text and try again.
In the Format sidebar on the right, click the Style button near the top. Click the Bullets Lists pop-up menu near the bottom of the sidebar, then choose an option. Continue typing your list, separating each item with a paragraph break. Each new line is preceded by a bullet or number in the format you selected.

A Placeholder is a document that does not have a source file attached to it. Using placeholders allows the document fields to be selected before the source file is available. They can also be added into binders to indicate where future documents are planned to be placed.
Highlight the sentence or paragraph you wish to add a bullet to go to the format key click on that and you should see two sizes of bullets.
