if youre nervous about trying a cup for the first time here are a few tips to help being relaxed is very helpful so before you insert your cup take a deep breath and breathe it out you can also use a water-based lubricant to help the cup go in easier try a petite and narrow fold like punch down or labia its not quite as easy as something like this so lets do a realistic demo gently guide the cup inside slowly take your time and push the bottom of the cup as you do so youll want to make sure the entire cup is inside including the stem you can trim the stem if its too long you can also practice by inserting your cup when youre not on your period to get confidence

During the health check grace period, if Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling detects that an instance is no longer in the Amazon EC2 running state, it immediately marks the instance as unhealthy and replaces it. For example, if you stop an instance in an Auto Scaling group, it is marked unhealthy and replaced.
The Default Cooldown Period is the time that must elapse after a scaling activity completes before another scaling activity can start. This ensures that your resources have time to stabilize after a scale-up or scale-down event.
By default, this cooldown period is set to 300 seconds (5 minutes). If needed, you can update this after the group is created.
By default, the cool down period is 60 seconds. Actual initialization times vary because of numerous factors. We recommend that you test how long your application takes to initialize. To do this, create an instance and time the startup process from when the instance becomes RUNNING until the application is ready.
If an instance is in any state other than running or if the system status is impaired, Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling considers the instance to be unhealthy and launches a replacement instance.
The following create-auto-scaling-group command creates an Auto Scaling group with the name my-asg and enables the default instance warmup with a value of 120 seconds.
When an instance fails or is unhealthy, ELB routes traffic to the remaining healthy EC2 instances. If all EC2 instances in a particular availability zone are unhealthy, ELB can route traffic to other availability zones until the original instances restore to a healthy state.
If an instance fails these status checks, it is marked unhealthy and is terminated while Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling launches a new replacement instance. You can attach one or more load balancer target groups, one or more Classic Load Balancers, or both to your Auto Scaling group.
A ""Cooling Off" period is the time during which an employee is disqualified (recused) from participation in all official matters involving an entity because of a particular situation, for example, a prior employer.
ScaleOutCooldown. The amount of time, in seconds, to wait for a previous scale-out activity to take effect. With the scale-out cooldown period, the intention is to continuously (but not excessively) scale out.
