the right brachial chain is an explanation and a concept founded by postural restoration institute that is the upper half of this whole left aic pattern i have a video i did last month on the left aic which i will be linking below this is an important concept to understand because we cant separate the pelvis from the upper body and we cant separate the upper body from the pelvis and the lower body these two things are very much connected so these go hand in hand together but this is a separate video thats going to primarily focus on the upper half and how it relates to this natural asymmetrical pattern we have a predisposition to lean over to this right side so in order for us to not walk in a circle to the right or fall over to the right side we need to do something about that so unconsciously what we like to do is rotate our trunk relatively to the left and thats going to allow us to keep a more neutral center of mass so to speak looking at it from the back side here what were g

Overall, the length of recovery from a complete ACL injury is approximately 9-12 months if you have a reconstruction surgery. Recovery is shorter without surgery (approximately 3 months).
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures can heal without surgery and this could be key to better patient outcomes, ing to new findings challenging the common notion that an ACL injury cannot heal.
The graft-fixation methods in ACL reconstruction can be classified as suspension, post, compression or hybrid [24, 25].
In general, there are three main graft options: a patellar tendon autograft, a hamstring autograft, and an allograft. An autograft comes from the patients own body, whereas an allograft comes from a cadaver donor. An allograft can come from patellar tendon, hamstring tendon, achilles and other ankle tendons.
To treat a minor ACL tear, your doctor may suggest that you: Apply ice to the knee a few times a day. Prop the knee above the level of your heart. Compress the knee with a bandage or wrap. Reduce or stop activity for several weeks.
There are two ways that surgeons can reconstruct the ACL using tissue: from either the athletes own knee, which is called an autograft, or using tissue from a donor, which is called an allograft.
A torn ACL cannot be repaired by stitching it back together, but it can be reconstructed by attaching (grafting) new tissue on to it. The ACL can be reconstructed by removing what remains of the torn ligament and replacing it with a tendon from another area of the leg, such as the hamstring or patellar tendon.
The ACL cannot heal on its own because there is no blood supply to this ligament. Surgery is usually required for athletes because the ACL is needed in order to safely perform the sharp movements that are required in sports.
The patellar tendon graft (PTG) has always been the gold standard for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Yet, most orthopedic surgeons prefer hamstring grafts for younger athletes and cadaver grafts for older patients.
There are four commonly used grafts for ACL reconstruction. Patellar tendon autograft. The surgeon removes the middle third of your patellar tendon and pieces of bone (bone plugs) from your shin and kneecap. Hamstring tendon autograft. Quadriceps tendon autograft. Allograft.
