Creating an RTF template file consists of two basic steps: Design your template layout. Use the formatting features of your word processing application and save the file as RTF. Mark up your template layout. Insert the BI Publisher simplified tags.
Select text. Click one of the Alignment buttons (Align Left, Align Center, Align Right, Left Justify, Center Justify, Right Justify and Full Justify) in the Paragraph panel or Control panel.
Align text vertically Right-click the text box for which you want to set vertical alignment. On the shortcut menu, click Format Text Box. In the Format Text Box dialog box, click the Text Box tab. In the Vertical alignment box, select Top, Middle, or Bottom. Click OK.
STEPS FOR RTF LAYOUTS (BI PUBLISHER TOOL IN WORD) Open the RTF Layout in Word. If you are making changes that involve the data model, click on the BI Publisher tab and load the sample XML. Set your cursor where you want to insert the logo, then select Insert, Picture and browse to select your image.
RTF files are simple to use and easy to edit. On Windows, save a document as an RTF file by navigating to File Save as and then select RTF. Once youve opened your RTF file on Microsoft Word, select the text you would like to edit. Start typing in this space to replace the current text with the new text.
Open the downloaded RTF template file in Microsoft Word. Load the sample data that you generated. Select the clause that you want to center align. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Center.
To center both vertically and horizontally, use padding and text-align: center : I am vertically and horizontally centered.
