[Music] hello everyone how are you doing this is mdtech here of another quick tutorial in todays video Im gonna show you guys and hopefully resolve the issue were getting an error alert saying that the User Profile Service failed the log on so if youre trying to access or log on to a Windows 7 computer and youre trying to access it using a temporary profile youll receive that error message so there could be different issues causing it but in this tutorial were not so much concerned with the cause more so the solution so were gonna jump into it we want to first access the Advanced Boot Options for Windows 7 so if youre able to normally boot into the Windows 7 operating system Id recommend just performing a normal restart and then tap the f8 key repeatedly while the computer restarts to launch the Advanced Boot Options alternatively if you do a hard power-off so if you just turn the power off let just by pushing the power button in until the computer goes black thats a workaro
