Step 1: Log into your Outlook email account and open a new email message. Step 2: On the message menu, select Signature, then click on Signatures Page 3 Step 3: A Signatures and Stationery box will appear. Under the Select signature to edit box, choose which signature you want to feature the image.
From your Gmail inbox, go to Gear Settings General Signature. Compose the text portion of your signature, then click the Insert Image button to add the logo.
On the Outlook menu, click Preferences. In the Email section, click Signatures. Click the signature name and position the cursor in the signature box. Drag the image from your desktop or from the Format menu click Insert Image.
Create a new email, go to the Insert tab and then Signature Signatures. Under the E-mail Signature tab, select the signature you want to edit. To add your logo, click the Image icon (its the one next to Business card). Browse through your folders, find your logo and either double-click or press Insert.
Right-click the image of the icon and select copy image address or copy image URL. In your email clients signature editor, click on insert image. Paste the image URL into the field given. Adjust the placement and alignment of the icon if needed.
Create a new email, go to the Insert tab and then Signature Signatures. Under the E-mail Signature tab, select the signature you want to edit. To add your logo, click the Image icon (its the one next to Business card). Browse through your folders, find your logo and either double-click or press Insert.
Be sure to include elements of this branding in your email signature. That may be your logo, company motto, a banner, branded company name image, or distinctive colors. As long as you dont go overboard, this will help your emails effectiveness, especially if your company brand is easily recognizable.
