All right I want to do a quick video review of the Feit electric LED dusk-to-dawn bulb and this is available on Amazon or at Home Depot or Lowes. And as others have noted the problem with this bulb is that it actually doesnt turn off during the daytime so it comes on at night and then in the day when its supposed to turn off it doesnt. And so Im going to show a quick hack to make it so it works better. So the problem with this bulb is that the black cap over the light sensor is just too dark so during the daytime it never gets enough light especially if you have a porch thats covered like I do. So to do this hack all you need is obviously the light bulb; you need a small flat edge screwdriver and some painters tape. And all you need to do is actually remove the black plastic cap. So it turns out this is just a small cap if you just work under it with a screwdriver it just pops right off and you can see heres the light sensor underneath. So I tried using the bulb just like this
