When printing Avery 5160 or other labels or reports where the position of the items on the page is important, be sure the printout is not scaled or reduced in any way, otherwise the labels may not line up to the printed text correctly when the document comes out of the printer.
Follow these steps to get the best possible print alignment: Make sure your design suits your label size/shape. Fan your sheet labels to separate each sheet and remove static. Load the narrow edge (210mm) of your sheet labels into your printer first. Use the media bypass tray if your printer has one.
