hey everybody so today lets talk about why a lot of startup nonprofits fail and what you can do to [Music] failure so I dont want to be a negative Nancy but we have to talk reality we got to be real with one another okay we have to talk about why a lot of people have a vision they get started and then they crash and burn usually into about year three so this is what I typically see people have a great idea or theyre inspired by something that happens in their personal life they have an idea they want to get started they talk to their family and their friends about doing this nonprofit they go take it upon themselves do the paperwork get started try to get work done try to fundraise put all of their personal money into it come here three they probably have cussed out all of their board members theyve spent all of their money and they are burnt out and theyre literally saying I cant do this on my own anymore the good news is you dont have to stay there you can turn that around and
