good morning thank you all for coming Im the guy with the j2 many which you can safely ignore Im from the Malins originally and in the United States for it for 20 years so you can just ignore the J Goldy Morton what Im trying to do in this talk is argue that in corporate governance in general we have been focusing too much on one particular problem which is the agency problem starting to genzler macro and thats a very important problem but Im gonna argue its not the only problem and by focusing perhaps too much attention and only this particular problem there may be lots of interesting questions and other interesting problems that maybe dont pay enough attention to thats the central central argument so the central argument is not that HT problems are not real problems my central proposal is its not the only one and so we can think about utter problems that make sometimes even dominates the agency problem there are also problems that corporate governance is trying to solve and
