Add or edit a life event on your Facebook profile Tap in the top right of Facebook, then tap your name. Next to Whats on your mind? tap Life Event. Select a category. Add details like photos or a location and then tap Post.
The current Facebook event photo size guidelines are: Recommended image size: 1920 x 1005 pixels. Aspect ratio: 16:9. Facebook will scale down to minimum dimensions: 400150 pixels. Facebook recommends for best results, choose photos that are 400150 pixels.
If youre having trouble changing your profile picture: Make sure youre using the latest Facebook app version or restart the app. Check to see if youre connected to a reliable data or Wi-Fi network. Refresh the page and try again.
Add or change your cover photo on Facebook Tap in the top right of Facebook, then tap your name. Tap in the bottom right of your cover photo. Tap Upload a photo to upload a photo from your device or Select from album to choose from an album on Facebook. Drag the photo to adjust. Tap Set as Cover Photo.
Open the image in Preview by simply double-‐clicking the image. (If youve changed your image file associations, you also can right-‐click on an image, point to Open With, and select Preview.) 2. Select Tools, then select Adjust Size to bring up the Resize dialog box, which will allow you to resize the image.
You must own the images you upload or have permission from the copyright holder to use them. Go to Build event page. Log in to your account and go to Events. Add your image. Crop your image. Optional: Add a video. Optional: Add an image to your event description. Save your changes.
Updated mobile browser experience Tap in the top right of Facebook. Tap Events. Tap Your Events, then tap Hosting. Select your event, then tap Edit. Tap Add Cover Photo, then select Photo Library, Take Photo or Choose File and select a photo. Tap Actual size to resize the photo, then tap Done.
Tap Your Events, then tap Hosting. 4. Tap the event you want to edit, then tap Edit.
