this is a quick video showing how to configure a Microsoft Office Word document to open with its headings collapsed youll see that this file that I have open here has several headings and whenever I collapse them and then say save and close the document and then reopen the headings do not stay collapsed if you want your headings to stay collapse by default just click into the heading and then click on paragraph and then click on collapse by default and say okay now whenever you say save and then close the document and reopen that single heading will be collapsed by default if you want all headings to be collapsed by default click again in the heading and then click on paragraph and then click set as default and Ill save this document only since I only want this to take effect for this document say ok and then say save and close and now when I reopen this document all of the headings are collapsed whenever it opens so thats it for this video hit the like button if this information wa
