okay so here is my keystone 316 rls 2021 with the lippert frame so everybody talks about the frames cracking and everything else and here is the problem you have from here to here is where this is going to torque side to side which is why these welds here tear and rip also too you have this gusset plate here which is just welded one side or welded on the one side nothing on the other side so what are we doing here were actually taking all of this torquing effect here transferring the load to right above here and this is where the frame is now flexing at so now if you go to where we have redone everything were moving what we have here now is down at the bottom here weve installed a four by four angle so this here is welded to the frame in here so now we have a half inch of torque space under there where it can flex then we move up here and we put full height stiffeners on both sides of the beam therefore there is no flexing allowed inside of there its rigid anyways thats it
