all right good afternoon and welcome back to the advisory group our advisory group members and other members of the public who are joining us after a very interesting meeting this morning of our advisory group and we are now getting ready to conduct the first of two regulatory workshops this afternoon this is a probably the first of several regulations that will be developed by the bureau in response to ab471 thats the bill by assembling member evan lowe out of the bay area that [Music] attempts to well as going promoting a number of different uh changes to the the bars business and its regulatory responsibilities so um we just start that off in just a few minutes uh for those of you who dont know me im pat doray patrick deray more formally chief of the bureau of automotive repair and i will facilitate some aspects of the rig workshop today but we also have a couple of other individuals who need to be uh singled out uh sarah ronnie and ann fisher are co-moderators so they will help
