Using a tightrope drill pin, create a tunnel at the center of the femoral ACL footprint. Pass a fiberlink suture tape through the eyelet of the ACL tightrope drill pin for later use. Pass the small ring portion of the fiber ring over the tip of a fastpass scorpion suture passer. Load the fibering suture into the scorpion from the medial portal. Pass the fiber ring through the intact remnant of the ACL and cinch down the fiber ring to form a luggage tag stitch. Multiple fiber ring sutures can be added as needed. Cut the fiber ring shuttle loop just below the splice and load the tiger wire leader suture into it.
