I have the dummy credit card numbers documented here if I press f2 here you can see this is the 16 digigit credit card number when I press enter I can see the credit card number fully so I will have to use the text formula to get it so let us select this all sales text select this sales comma double inverted commas open type 0 16 times double inverted commas close close the bracket press control enter here you can see the credit card numbers are displayed correctly if I want a space after each of the four digits I can go back to the text formula and add space after each of the four digits like this press control enter I can see the space has been added instead of space if you want the dash you can have the dash as well
