so Iamp;#39;m here sitting watching Netflix and then suddenly the screen starts flashing and flashing and flashing now Iamp;#39;m thinking what the heck like this never really happens so whatamp;#39;s going on so I switched my Netflix from one screen to the other and then I realized a flashing actually goes on in the middle screen and usually when that happens is your refresh rate so if your screen is flashing while youamp;#39;re watching stuff hereamp;#39;s what you do right click on the monitor background and then say display settings find out which monitor is flashing in my case it was monitor one go down to advanced display settings select a display my case is the display one display adapter properties down here select monitor select screen refresh free so if you had it on 60 switch it to 59 or something that your monitor can do and apply so after that no more flashing and you can watch your Netflix in peace
