so where youll see microsoft outlook and after you receive a meeting invitation you click accept our decline after you accept it will automatically delete you can find the email from the delete folder and also so thats the details here and also if you go to the calendar you will find the uh meeting imitation details if you want this email invitation not automatically delete youll need to go to the settings so you need to go to file option then mail from here you scroll down here by default delete meeting requests and a notification from the inbox after responding so if you uncheck this one and click ok time when you receive a invitation after youre accepted or rejected it will stay in the inbox okay hope you enjoyed this video have a nice day
