take a look at this deck pretty well built im impressed they got lag bolts they got ledger flashing theyve got lateral load bracing proper nails and every hole filled for the joist hangers they did lag uh screws and through bolts and they did not notch the guard posts for the guardrail they framed it properly around the cantilever they even put in a middle support here that is through bolted theyve got hangers on every portion the outside rim joist is doubled because its supporting the beam coming off of the uh house thats all connected with the uh cantilever part so pretty impressive uh build here they even put blocking in between joists so um thoroughly impressed with this deck probably one of the best ones
