To create an employee ID card, start by inserting a rounded rectangular shape and set the standard dimensions in inches. Next, draw a rectangle for the background, format it by removing the outline and changing the color. Send the background to the back layer to fill it completely. Zoom in for better visibility, then format the background again to remove the outline. Draw a smaller rectangle at the top of the ID card, format it similarly by removing the outline and selecting a fill color. Finally, use the curve tool, holding the shift key, to draw shapes, format them by removing outlines, and changing the fill color as desired.
