To complete a Declaration of Trust transaction in DOL, start by hovering over the Create tab and selecting the transaction type. Enter the Trust details, choosing from types like Discretionary, Fixed, or Unit. For Hybrid and Bare Trusts, use the SRO Duty Determination process. After selecting a trust type, input the trust name and execution date. To add a trustee, click Add a new trustee and fill in their details, including the address. Optionally, add comments. Then select estimate to view a summary of the entered information and the duty payable. Confirm by selecting acknowledge, then choose a payment method (EFT, Bpay, or Cheque) and click Commit to Pay.
