A signature (/ˈsɪɡnətʃər/; from Latin: signare, to sign) is a handwritten (and often stylized) depiction of someones name, nickname, or even a simple X or other mark that a person writes on documents as a proof of identity and intent. The writer of a signature is a signatory or signer.
The Old Fashioned Way Write your signature on a piece of paper. Using a scanner, insert the piece of paper and scan it, saving it as a . gif, . png or . jpg. Open your email client and insert your saved image. Using your email clients image tools, crop the scanned signature and scale it down to size.
Finish button does not appear: If the Finish button is not appearing, it is due to one or more incomplete required fields. Once a page has had all required fields met, a green check mark appears. If this does not resolve the issue, docHub out to the sender of the document to ask them to investigate.

Full signature means the legal signature of the individual (e.g., signature normally used on checks and other documents). If the individual is not literate in written English, the individual may sign with an X which must be initialed by the contractors authorized representative. 5 CCR 18065.
Note: You are not finished completing the document until you click the red Finish button that appears at the bottom right corner of the screen.
When you finish clicking all signature tags in the document, confirm signing by selecting FINISH. A message appears stating that you have completed your document. You can now download a PDF copy or print a copy of the document.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, or .png. Open the image file. To crop the image, click it to open the Picture Tools Format tab, click Crop, and then crop the image.
