[Music] hey guys welcome back today im going to be leading you through a quick but intense five minute ab workout you dont need any equipment for this workout but make sure you have something soft beneath you as we are gonna be on the ground for the entirety of this workout make sure that you can see your screen so you can follow along with me and without further ado lets get to it all right guys were first going to start off on our backs by doing a leg drop and at the bottom of your leg drop youre going to open the legs close them and then bring them back up [Music] make sure youre pressing that lower back into the floor fire up those lower abs [Music] so we have five different exercises and each exercise is 50 seconds on with the 10 second rest in between [Applause] good next up youre on your back youre gonna do a full sit up all the way up then youre gonna do four twists to come down up one two three four make sure youre twisting touching those fingertips beside that boot
