Open the document we want to edit in WPS Writer. 2. Click the References tab click the Mail Merge button.

Click Edit to activate the toolbar, then click Merge Documents at File. In the interface of Merge, click the documents you need to merge. After selecting, click the icon in the upper right corner to change the merging order.
Click the Developer tab and select the Checkbox Content Control icon in the Controls section. Word will add the interactive checkbox to your document when finished. This way, clicking on the box will check it, and clicking again will uncheck it.
To do this, follow these steps: Click Edit individual letters. In the Merge to New Document dialog box, select the records that you want to merge. Click OK. Scroll to the information that you want to edit, and then make your changes. Print or save the document just as you would any regular document.
Double-click the text box with the left mouse button, and the WPS Presentation will pop up the Object Formatting task pane. The reason why the font size will become smaller and smaller when editing the text content is that we have selected Shrink text on overflow in the Autofit.
