To add double quotes around data in columns A, B, and C, use flash fill. In cell A2, type the desired value within double quotes. Then go to Data, click Flash Fill. All values in column A will now appear in column D with double quotes. For columns B and C, input values in cells B2 and C2 with double quotes. Press Ctrl+A, and Flash Fill will append double quotes around the data in all three columns. However, note that Flash Fill is not dynamic; changes in the source data won't update the result automatically. To overcome this, consider writing a script for data that may change.
