Display Production Order Use search options on the initial screen to select the production order that you want to display. Check the header data of a production order, for example, the quantities, the dates and scheduling. Check the status of an order and the transaction statuses of the relevant business processes.
Flushing is the process of recording the movement of inventory items from a storage location to Work-in-Process (WIP). Work-in-Process here means the production area where the material will be used.
Order release can be executed at the following levels: With Release at Order Header Level all operations are released. The order and the operations receive the status REL (released). With Release of an Operation the operation receives the status REL and the order receives the status PREL (partially released).
Print Production Orders (in Mass Processing) Choose Logistics Production Shop Floor Control Control Print . In the List field, select the object for which you want to print shop papers : Order headers, operations, production resources/tools, components . Select a layout . Enter your selection criteria.
Select Issue output to from the Sales Document menu at the top left corner of screen. choose output to screen/printer.
The production order can be printed in CO02 screen itself. (Ctrl+P). To define what to be printed, you need to identify/define the correct list in the transaction OPK8. Once the correct combination is selected for the required plant and order type, this can be printed in production order.
We can convert planned orders into production orders. And this is done via transaction code MD16. In our example, we want to create a production order manually without referencing a planned order. To do this, well use transaction code CO01 and press enter.
