for those of you with Macintoshes here is how to save a file to keep the USPTO happy Im going to do file print and were going to print to PDF so where to take the lower left-hand thing there when it pops up heres a so I click to print Im going to do that again Im going to do file print and this PDF save as PDF Im going to save it right here variations not PDF and click save and this will save the file lets call this save variations PDF and that now is compatible with the USPTO job file you will be able to upload that straight to the web so heres your variation stop docx were working on here and here is the PDF we just created just a few minutes ago and you open that PDF up and this PDF you can file with the USPTO if you dont have to mess with job option files so thanks
