uh weve weve pretty much entirely exited all contract printing uh again because it just didnt fit our model what our model was you know because ive heard quite a few shops that say something similar um was that around this the same 80 20 evaluation was that before the move or im sorry right around the same time of the move it was about a year after we relocated and the biggest catalyst for us was again at the time i i wasnt consciously aware that i was applying in 80 20 but i i started to realize that im filling up my production schedule with these contract jobs for another company that is leading to me being neglectful to my existing clientele thats good clientele that have higher profit margin jobs and it just got to a point where the truth is it just wasnt worth it anymore got it and also its just its doing more docHubly more work for docHubly less money because we we arent a true contract facility i mean true contract printers you want to talk about data they
