hello its philip taylor speaking from richmond green chambers in london today im looking at a book which came to us before christmas um 2020. im reviewing it in january 2021 uh during the pandemic im trying to shift some of these books at the moment um during a quiet time this book is called articles of association the subtitle guidance and precedence and its been written by richard bishop it comes to us from bloomsbury professional law its a hardback book and i i thought it was very good ive specialized for the llb in what was then called company law and uh certainly articles were of great interest the legislation i dealt with of course was prior to the new um companies act but i think its uh an excellent book so ive ive basically given it a title a welcome addition to your company law library now lets have a little look at the book first of all its only a short review this one its a hardback book you can see there the spine and then perhaps you can see the back of it the
