[Music] in this video well review some of the common terms that will be used throughout this training and later on on the warehouse floor the inventory attributes we track are referred to as levels of inventory the setup varies for each customer but the most common is item lot and palette ID as we go down the levels it gets more granular for example a single item will have many lock codes and a single lock code will have many palettes in this example the palette number is the most granular attribute we track throughout the RF screens you will see the levels abbreviated for example level 1 will appear as either level 1 or l1 depending on the program the item la palette example is referred to as a three level account because it tracks three different levels we have one level accounts which track the item code only and others that are two level or even four level UI stands for unique identifier when the system asks you to scan the UI it is asking for the most granular attribute we track
