This video tutorial teaches how to create a figure with a title and an image in Oxygen XML Editor. Start by adding a figure element inside the con body element, followed by a title element with the text "Ducklings Walking." Use Oxygen's image wizard to add an image, either a local file or a reference to an online image. The image will be automatically displayed in author view. In the code, the figure element contains the title followed by the image element.
