hi everyone im back today with a tutorial which was requested from my friend jenny over at sincerely gen patterns she wanted me to do a tutorial for how i finished the ends of my zippers when i dont have zipper stops so this is for when you either cut off your zippers so you cut off the zipper stops or if youre using zipper by the yard which is what im using today first thing i like to do is heat seal the ends of my zipper i do this in order to stop the zippers from fraying this helps make it easier when im turning my ends and also for putting on a zipper pull it just makes it a little less stressful and hard to get the zipper on because youre not fighting with those frayed edges what i do is i use a lighter ill hold the zipper over the flame of the lighter not in the flame because you can end up with this i did that on purpose so that i should show you for this tutorial you just want to hold it over the flame enough so that you get the heat so that it melts the end of the zippe
