How to Add Fonts To Google Docs First, you can locate available fonts in the toolbar at the top of your document. To change it, click the downward arrow on the right side of the font type. At the top of the drop-down menu, select More Fonts. Youll see a list of fontsleft-click on any other fonts you would like to add.
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the Google Docs app. Tap Settings. Tap Choose theme. Tap Light.

Change a few defaults In Docs, you want to change the Normal font to Calibri, font size 11-pt. (Word uses Calibri Light, but this is the closest we can get for now). To do this, highlight text and click the Styles toggle. Click the arrow next to Normal Text and select Update Normal text to match.
Rename your document in Docs, Sheets, or Slides to mark it final: Open the file and at the top, click the file name. Before the file name, enter [Final] or [Archived]. Press Enter.
If correct, Google Docs has Calibri font, and you can set the size to 14.
Open the document or sheet you want to view. At the top right, tap More . Tap View in light theme.
Starting with Microsoft Office 2013, Calibri Light is the default font for PowerPoint presentations and Word headings.
