I edit the UC IT Blog and Ive been coordinating the Sautter Award Program since 2002, so I think Im kind of biased but I believe that this is a really, really fabulous program its always super exciting every year to get the applications and read through them. I love to talk with people individually beforehand if they want about their application and how they might pitch it I love things who you know whos been selected and who wins and its just a really awesome way I think for everyone around the system to to let others know about the cool things that theyve been working on and to get recognized recognition for that frankly whether or not you win as as you will see so lets see.
