Where Can I Reactivate My DOT Number? Every two years you are required to reapply for your DOT certification. Here are the steps involved with reinstating your USDOT number should you find the status inactive.
MC Number/USDOT Number $499 There is a $300 FMCSA filing fee to get your MC Number/USDOT Number.
Please note: It may take up to 21 days for your USDOT number to be removed from the federal database. You may receive calls and texts and emails during this time.
