If you want to go to the beginning or the end of the document: Press Ctrl + Home on your keyboard. Press Ctrl + End on your keyboard.
DOCM uses Extensible Markup Lanugage, or XML, for better security, smaller file sizes and improved data recovery for your business documents. The M in the file extension means the Word document contains programming elements, called macros; this contrasts with DOCX format, which does not contain macros.
Microsoft Word (version 2007 and above) is the primary software program used to open DOCM files, as well as edit them. If you have an earlier version of Word, you can download the free Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack to open, edit, and save the file in your older version of Word.
