Using your cursor, highlight the entire document, or the parts of the document you want to see without the line. Click on Format, and then on Font. In the Font tab, uncheck the box next to Strikethrough. This will remove the line covering the text.
You can also use the strikethrough shortcut by pressing Command+Shift+X on your keyboard. This will add a line through the selected text without having to open the Formatting toolbar.
Tap and hold the text to select the line in which you wish to strike through. The in-context marking menu will appear. Drag either of the blue bookends to the left or right to narrow or widen your text selection. Tap the strikethrough S icon from the in-context marking menu.
